"The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely...

"I assumed that the main is always close and only to find out that it is open and can leave your luggage at your own risk. My husband and I arrived early and we were having hard time to locate a luggage storage in the area. "

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"
