Just one thing to keep in mind, the staff is available only from 8am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm. So if you are planning to come from 11am to 4pm, then you gotta wait. No other option. "good location. Is just next to Bern Wankdorf station. 3 min walk. Digital check-in is so easy. Digital key made it so convenient to access to premises. General kitchen area is clean with comfortable dining area. Comfortable bed & pillow. Cons is the room a bit too small for 2 pax. "

"This hotel is gorgeous! Super clean and bright! Breakfast is free and offers so many choices at the buffet or thrill make you an omelet or French toast. Coffee is yummy. They also have a room with a bar , and also a room dedicated as a cigar room! The hotel is super close to the train station, maybe a 5 minute walk. Close to the center of town and easily walkable. We felt safe at night. The staff is very helpful and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. The room got warm even though we turned the heat off and opened the door. But it wasn’t unmanageable. We were there when it was cooler so we liked having a balcony to get that fresh air. I’d recommend and stay here again without any hesitation. "

"Fabulous Hotel. I wished we had stayed longer. Clean, tidy, well run and views to die for. No alcohol policy is fine too as there are bars nearby with great atmosphere. Will be back."
