"ジュニアスイートルームに2泊しました。遠くにですが、お部屋からはノイシュバンシュタイン城とホーエンシュヴァンガウ城の両方が見えるのはとても貴重だと思います。レストランからもお城は見えてドイツの田舎の景色も良いです。 お部屋もゆったりしていて素敵です。お部屋にはバスタブが無いのは残念でしたが、5月なので大丈夫でした。観光に時間を使い、スパを利用する時間が無くとても残念でした。スパも良さそうでした。 次回は是非スパを利用したいです。 朝食はとても料理が美味しかったし、朝からスパークリングワインも飲めて良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。道路閉鎖の関係でタクシーを呼ぶのが困難だったのですが、帰りにフッセン駅まで送ってくださいました。お値段はお高いですが、素敵なホテルなので、また数年後帰ってきたいです。"

"Amazing hotel! There was a 4D ride at the hotel discounted for guests, as well as 2 gift shops owned by the hotel owners and also discounted for guests. Great family room, great experience for a family of 5."

"This hotel is so cute! It was easy to find, within easy walking distance of the town center and bus/train station, but also had plenty of parking, the room was clean, bedding was comfortable and warm. Really no complaints. The shower was confusing, but that was likely just me. I didn't have the breakfast or wellness things, so no comment there."

"Parking garage is horrible as hell. Too narrow to drive or park. Which stupid idiot designed this garage? Power outlets didn’t work. Only one of the four outlets had power and it’s for the desk lamp, so I had to use my laptop in the dark corner of the room, lol. Bathroom floor has NO drainage and water was everywhere on the floor when you shower because there was no shower certain. Had to wipe the water off the floor with towels. Another stupid design. "Like being in the countryside"

"Everything is is described and nearly perfect. Bathrooms are only shared between two rooms, so they are clean and accessible and almost any time. The rooms are clean and cute, just want you would expect in such a quaint Bavarian hotel. It has easy parking and is walking distance from Altstadt."

"Upscale property. Was one of our favorite hotels in our travels through France and Germany. We stayed in the suite that had an infrared sauna. Super chic."

"Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am See, macht daraus aber zuwenig. Man setzt wohl mehr auf den eigenen Spa-Bereich , der wirklich gut gemacht ist. Das Hotel an sich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, mein Zimmer war dunkel und altbacken eingerichtet. Schrägen an der Decke muss man mögen, ich tue das nicht. Am Balkon hingen noch Lichterketten von Weihnachten. (Ich war Ende April da). Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das konnte den deutlich zu teuren Aufenthalt aber nicht...

"We had a view from our room that was truly exceptional (3rd floor). It was so good we got excited to get back to the room and relax with the view of the mountains, castles atop hills, and lush green forests. The experience will stick with us for a long time after we've left. Highly recommend!"

"Schwimmbad und Sauna sind schön. Zimmer aber etwas klein für eine ganze Familie und in wie abgebildet mit separatem Zimmer für die Kinder. Badezimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, aber für ein 4-Sterne Hotel eher klein."
