"Keep in mind that laundry is 10€ and drying is another 5€. The double bed room I stayed in also had a shared bathroom, but it was kept clean. There was also a kitchen that I didn't end up using."

"Good location - central to metro. Apartment was nice and comfortable. However - there was a 2 x periods without power - we worked around advised times; for 2 days there was not hot water; and at one point the lift was broken. Understand that some of this is out of their control, however the response when asked about the hot water was not positive."

"This apartment is in an excellent location with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s spacious and clean and most importantly in the summer has air con!!! My only comment would be there is no kettle in the kitchen and being English and having to have a cup of tea I had to boil a pan of water but there is a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers. We are 2 adults and a 12 year old girl so having 2 bathrooms was really helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here. The view from the small...

"My family and I had a great time (we did not sleep). The apartment does not have air conditioning and to top it all, they have small fans that do not work with the magnitude of the heat this season. The host and Expidea respond to you with automatic messages, they don't solve anything, it was a failure with them. I sent them evidence of their false announcement that the apartment has air conditioning and I am still waiting for a response."

"Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! Amazing views of the city since we were at the top of the building. Well stocked with everything you need or want for an enjoyable experience. 2 things to be aware of - The building elevator is VERY small so arriving and departing is a little challenging with getting up and down the top level! Also would be great to have a dryer as the unit only has a washer so made doing laundry hard without having clothes everywhere."

"Bonne localisation Bien équipé, propre. Le souci c'est le bruit de la rue, la nuit on entend tout, voitures, motos et le traffic ne s'arrête pas 2h, 3h 5h du matin... il faut un meilleur isolement des fenêtres."

"Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. "

"Il manquait du savon à vaisselle et il y avait peu d’équipement de cuisine pour un appartement. La salle de bain était propre mais il y avait un peu de moisissure. Les lits n’étaient pas super confortables. Emplacement idéal et prêt de tout. L’appartement était spacieux pour 3 personnes et très joli. L’air climatisé fut très apprécié!"

"The property was in a great location, a lovely neighbourhood in a quieter area but still in a great location for walking and using the subway. The room and facilities were great we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."
