"La responsable m a refusé l accès à l'hebergement car j avsi un retard de 15 min sur l'heure d'arrivée. A refusé de me laisser la clé quelque part, n'a pas été en mesure de me proposer une solution..... Elle a refusé le remboursement des 4 nuits parce que j'avais laissé un avis " negatif" informant les futurs voyageurs de son mode d'accueil. C'est dommage, le lieu à l'air sympa mais si vous n'êtes pas sûr de votre heure d'arrivée, passez votre chemin."
