"Nice clean"

"This was one of the largest, and quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff was helpful and I utilized the hotel shuttle extensively b/c there were no rental cars in town due to the Electric Forest EDM Festival. Has a huge pool / spa (indoors) and checkout and checkin was a breeze. They are currently renovating and the kitchen / bar is down, but plenty of restaurants and two malls within walking distance. Try BJ's and Al-Bo's."

We had absolutely the lowest water pressure at a hotel we have been to, and the staff did not seemed concerned at all about it - don't know if all the rooms were that way, but so frustrating!! "This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? "The room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor. I explained that to Casey and she immediately assisted me in finding another, acceptable room. Casey was great! Travelers should know that Sparks by Hilton is a “no frills “ motel. So no note pen or pen in the room. No coffee pot in the room.
