"The property is a little piece of heaven in the Algarve. When one enters the gates of the Quinta, one is brought into a quiet beautiful space, which the owners have lovingly updated to accommodate the visitor. The linens are especially soft and fragrant. The breakfasts are delicious - fruit, freshly made tarts, yogurts, bread, cheese, eggs. A perfect place to recover and rest after a beach day. I was sad to leave, but hope to come back!"

"The Grand House Hotel has a dominating presence in VRSA. You can’t miss this incredible building. The hotel is stunning with much history. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. "Don Diego Hotel in Ayamonte is as good as you can get, the price is quite reasonable and the rooms are spacious spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfordable. I had difficulties with wi-fi but this didn't interfer with my stay. Personally, I had a very good experience in this establishment. One last negative comment the breakfast is not so good in comparrison to an Irish breakfast."

"This hotel is a good choice for someone who needs a rest from busy daily life. It has has a great location as it is next to the ferry for the beach, a restaurant is on a ground floor, a main market hall is 5 minutes away. Big shopping centre is over the river - also quite close. Also near the bus station (train is further away). The residencia is well organised, the staff is helpful. I would not recommend another alternative place to stay in Tavira as there are in a different category."

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was spacious and comfortable. The downside to the hotel was the indoor pool was very small and had a cover over it so couldnt be used and the bar consisted of a couple of bottles of spirits. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual continental offerings."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Waren zu 4 unterwegs und hatten genug Platz im Dreibett-Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders positiv ist das frische Obst zum Frühstück. Auch der Pool mit Kinderpool ist hervorzuheben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch eine sehr späte Anreise um 1:30 nachts war kein Problem. Es stehen ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ausschließlich beim Frühstück auf der Dachterasse (mit Aussicht!) hört...
