"Staff was great! Nick, Nicki, and Angela went above and beyond. We stayed in the cute PT boat room. They were a little noisy but comfortable. Down the street we had the best pizza called Timber that had a gluten free option with no cross contamination. Pizza place is a must while staying at the hotel! "

"I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. "

"The breakfast was excellent. My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice."

"Lovely place. Annapolis is a beautiful city. Great restaurants and shopping. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in our whole trip. "

"The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel near a mall with a cinema multiplex. The night we stayed thete were groups of students that rose at 4 am on Monday morning making the corridor on the 2nd floor a bit noisy school break on calendar)."

"I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...

"The room was half painted wasn’t finished the air conditioner sound like an airplane was landing on us. I asked the front desk if they could have someone look at it and they said they would and they never did."
