"2nd time at this hotel. I returned because I loved it so much. The interior very colonial and unique. The staff was amazing on every way and form. They helped me with transportation, questions, and keeping medication refrigerated. The tour office is in the lobby, fabulous prices and tours. I must return to do other tours. The location is in the heart of Morelia, walking distance to the cathedral and plaza. The rooms were nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable. My only concern was I paid for cathedral view, only one room was l, the other was facing the opposite side. When making reservations, the hotel should take priority in what the guest reserved. I returned because of the view and this was not honored. Im glad my guests that brought got this view, but I didn't. Room 401 has the view, 303 didn't. Would I return, yes, but please honor your upgraded reservations. Mini fridges and microwaves are highly suggested. Unfortunately I couldn't bring leftover food. Both our rooms were doubles. Very cozy and comfortable."
