"Wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly lady manager. Kitchen (fully equipped), laundry, all available. Nice continental breakfast buffet. Bottomless coffee/tea. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Room was slightly cramped (but we have a pre-teen daughter who used a pull-out sofa bed). Wonderful patio. Private parking. Affordably priced (at least during "shoulder season" when we visited). Would gladly do it again. Beautiful beaches nearby."

"Pro: upgraded to a larger room; small supermarket on property; on the beach; AC unit Cons: very loud construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM and lasting all day long; they have onsite laundry facilities that cost $7.00 USD to wash per load and then $7.00 to dry in a small capacity machine!!! $28.00 USD to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry; building is pretty run down both inside and outside"

The pool is absolutely huge and one of the best features of the property—clean, beautiful, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. "Amazing location with breathtaking views and a private beach. My wife and I originally booked two nights but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to five. This is a privately owned hotel that is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beach is truly something special—just Google "Praia Bilhoa" to see the photos and videos. "This is a lovely property with an amazing staff! They are very receptive of your needs, even giving rides from the parking lot very late in the evening back to your hotel room. The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!"
