B&B in Amador County

"Great place to stay!"

"Love, love, love this property! Can’t wait to go back!"

"We were fortunate to get a room on the backside of the hotel because the front side is close to the highway. We had some problem with the check in procedure, but the owner was quick to help. It could use some remodeling, but otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Great location, super cute property and very friendly staff!"

"The view was incredible! And the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay!"

"Nicely appointed rooms"

"This was an absolutely amazing place. We came for my birthday and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend."

"We had such a lovely stay at Glen Morey B&B. The rooms were well appointed, the space was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast delivered to our door was a nice touch."

"Good home, clean rooms, breakfast was great and so is the location. "

"Friendly staff and great dining."

"It was a lovely stay - due to covid we missed the personal hospitality but felt very safe and comfortable."

When I spoke with the owner, she was offended that I tried to use a hotels.com free night award at her B&B...in fact, she refused to honor it. Fast-forward to our arrival and check-in was awkward; the parking lot is on one end of the house and you have to walk the length of the inn on an old sidewalk to get to reception...it was...

"This hotel is a real piece of history and is decorated and furnished accordingly, so don't expect king sized modern beds and air conditioning. However, if , like me, you appreciate people taking the effort to give you an unforgettable experience of how things used to be, this is the place. The town itself is a lovely reminder of what the Gold Country was like in the late 1800s with lots of old buildings along a main street. The hotel sits in the middle of the town and looks just like it must...

"Conor was amazingly helpful despite our late arrival (nearly 1am) and the service was fantastic. Truly a great little hotel in a relaxing little town, also very close to what seems like a hundred vineyards. "

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Fran and Mike are the perfect hosts. We highly recommend staying with them while visiting Eldorado County!"
