"This property is at an amazing location. The views are stunning, staff is very sweet and helpful, and the breakfast with the view in the morning was my favorite part of the day. Their plumbing is not great though. One of our showers got blocked and water logged and the other one constantly made a noise. For the price they charge, this wasn’t ideal. "

"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "

"Excellent hotel in a brilliant location. Complimentary tea and coffee given in room which is better then some expensive hotels. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurants interior decor was absolutely stunning! View from the terrace was beautiful as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location is great. The stairs are brutal with a suitcase, but I knew about that going in so I can't knock the place. The views for breakfast were great. Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30. "Rina was an amazing host and her food was amazing. I had some of the best food cooked by her. There are lots of stairs to walk which he tells you and offers someone to pick up your luggage for 10erous per bag. Well worth the money!! Also we drove there and she also arranged parking for us so we parked across the street, someone picked up our car for us and we walked up the stairs. So convenient. She is so amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better host. "
