I asked her politely if there were more items to replace all the low or empty bins, and she snapped back this reply (in the most abrupt and sharpest tone of annoyance in her voice), "I'm aware!" In my 83 years, I have never heard anyone in a hotel, ever speak to anyone, less a parton, in my life. Get her help."
