"Great location minutes away from the Train Station. Free Coffee in the lobby and in the room is much appreciated. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out. Reception was very friendly and efficient. 15€ breakfast buffet was good."

"The hotel rooms are in a renovated Altstadt building which results in some "quirks" which include an elevator to the floor one's room is on, but there may still be a few up and down stairs to negotiate with luggage to get to one's room. We (my daughter and I) travel lightly, so this was not an issue, and we had a good chuckle about the logistics. There are lots of restaurant choices within a five- to ten-minute walk and much to see and do during the daytime within walking distance. The room was nicely furnished, and we enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel does not have onsite parking, so if coming by car, recommend planning where to park before arriving in the city center. We used Arnulfsplatz Parking Garage, which put us within an easy five minute walk of the hotel."

"Lovely hotel right in the heart of the beautiful town of Hersbruck. We stayed one night with our dog and felt really welcome. The dog bowl and treats in our room was a lovely touch we've not seen in other chain hotels. Loads of options for eating out nearby. A great place to stay :)"

"Friendly staff, updated/tasteful furnishings, and decent location. It’s a little far from the Festspielhaus (if you’re there for the Wagner festival), but they run a complementary shuttle to and from the operas, along with a complementary reception (with prosecco and snacks) right beforehand, which was a nice touch.
