"We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. "Entryway was awesome, staff polite and helpful, Room was clean and spacious, key card worked perfectly every time. Casino was great. Parking very well shaded and even inside parking available. Pool was closed for maintenance but exercise room was open. It was slightly a cooler temperature in the room then I would have wanted. Thermostat was not something you could change. But otherwise we will come back again soon!"

"New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list.
