We had the most wonderful stay at Santai for just one night. We were welcomed with cold drinks and towels by very friendly and helpful staff who spoke brilliant english. Absolutle gem of a hotel. We stopped in a villa and it was so luxurious walking straight out into the pool. Even the building works next door didnt impact our stay. From the moment we were picked up at Padangbai harbour, the staff were freindly and attentive.
