"Nice location and very clean and quiet property. We would stay there again, which is high praise because we are fussy old people! If you're looking for a beach vacation this is the wrong property, as it is not walkable to the beach. It is however only a couple of blocks from the main downtown area which has all the restaurants, bars and entertainment. "

"Nice view of ocean from small balcony on the third level. Breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety over our two mornings. Nice touch with 24-hour hot beverage machine with lots of coffe, etc. choices. Beach out front is wide and flat, perfect for all beach-goers. Staff was very nice and property was very clean and maintained. Well done! This was our first time to Amelia Island. We plan to return and would certainly stay again at the Amelia Seaside Inn!"

"The rooms are okay. A bit tired. Our room carried an odor that said pets have stayed there before... That being said the staff was very helpful and the location is wonderful. Fort clinch state Park (directly across the street) is beautiful and we spent two full days there (2A &4kids). There is a great playground not far from the hotel and great eating places. We loved Tastys (burgers) and Arte pizza!! "

"The staff could not have been nicer the breakfast was very good . The room was on the smaller side with 2 twins and it was kind of chilly in the room which the staff did bring us extra blankets and a small room heater which worked great ! "

"No complementary water, shower head stream was terrible pay for self park!! Disappointed!!"

"First, the decor is dated, needs an update. Second, no 5 pm warm cookies. Third no rubber mat for shower, shower floor very slippery. Mgr noted that there should be a mat and apologized"
