"Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS."
