"There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places. "This was the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in and NEVER again. I stayed at this hotel location years ago and it has deteriorated to the point that there are no words. My husband and I contemplated leaving, but we stayed the 2 nights out of necessity. We were in town for a funeral and needed a less expensive option for an unexpected event and I know that you get what you pay for, but Expedia needs to take this hotel option off of the list of options.
