"Generally it's pretty clean and quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, this last stay was poor in comparison, although the staff was very accommodating in addressing the issues I encountered."

The smell was all down the hall and very strong in our room. The staff was very kind while checking in and when we immediately checked out."
