"As a dog owner, this was the perfect stay. It is so convenient to have your car right there. The AC worked VERY well and the room was tidy, beautiful, and well kept. Everything worked great and appreciated the coffee in the morning! Just note you may not have great cell service, so knowing your room and code prior to arrival is very helpful to note down. Will definitely consider staying again!"

"This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints! I booked this trip during our kids' spring break for a quick getaway and to use the amazing heated outdoor pool. It's a great location convenient to all the amazing sites Vermont has to offer. Would love to go back again in the fall!"

"They definitely have a moisture problem which is why they have dehumidifiers every 30 ft. The rooms are musty which is why they machines in the rooms. Breakfast was not great. The location was good."

"My primary complaint was the morning we checked out. Actually we just dropped the key in the basket. You would think with checkout at 10:00 the proprietor would be around to see us off at 9:30. Instead, he was nowhere to be found. The desk had a phone number to call which I did, and the cordless phone rang at the desk but he did not have it with him so we left with the answering machine going off. I just wanted some ice to keep our stuff cold till our next stop. Instead I stopped at a gas...

"We had one of the apartments out back and it was really nice. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and the waiter, Brian I think, was a very nice deadpan comedian. We enjoyed the hot tub too! The only thing we didn't appreciate was that it took about 10 minutes of running the water to get hot water for the sinks and showers. Not really a problem to wait, but it seems a waste of water."

"4 of us stayed in one room and it was extremely comfortable. Walls are really thin so you hear everything which is tough, but luckily both my kids zonked out from a long day of skiing. Owners were super nice and you’re not going to find a better location. Everything is within 5 min. Excellent stay, will come back."

"This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here but in the past it was only for a night or two. This time we were there for 5 nights. There were good things and bad, I’ll start with the bad. My biggest complaints were space for clothing, temperature, and the bed. There are two little drawers in each nightstand, but otherwise all storage areas are open. I prefer to have my underclothes in drawers. That’s a preference thing, but nice to know in advance. The temperature was fine during the day but...

"gym was well equipped the woman's changing room reeked of urine as the toilets were not flushing. Everything was musty and smelled awful. The steamer room was closed , the heated pool entrance was filthy The Mountain View was exceptional even though the weather was horrible "

"Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes...

"A beautiful location. Hosts were amazing. Clean and tastefully decorated. My only criticism would be to add ports for charging cell phones and computers. Otherwise, it was incredible. We highly recommend this location!"
