"This is a fantastic luxury hotel. Impeccable service, several excellent restaurants to choose from, and a fantastic buffet breakfast. I’ve been here three times now, each being a one night stay prior to flying home. They also have a free shuttle to Narita which takes just a few minutes. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is excellent for travelers landing in Narita airport. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel and it's only 15 minutes away. Staff is polite and friendly and helped to answer our questions regarding the train system. Our room was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was buffet style and everything tasted EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Japan."
