"I am actually going to file a complaint the Stay was terrible check in was delayed for about 1 1/2 hrs they offered us a late checkout for the inconvenience but i was going to check out early due to travel and getting on time to my next destination then the next day we arrived to our room around 10:30 pm and we had very noisy next room people so we called The front desk security was called to settle them down but noise continued so I decided to leave the hotel unfortunately due to the type of payment they could not offer any refund so the only option they could offer was to be moved to a smaller room and a smaller bed so we could not sleep comfortably "

"The bathroom light didn’t work the toilet wouldn’t flush we went to explore my 10 year old left his wallet on the table he forgot it and when we came back only $3 were left he had saved for this trip he had over $100 the beds were made so we know house keeping went in and made the beds. We complained about the light and the bathroom and the wallet the way they dismissed us made us cut our hotel stay early. We paid for two nights and asked for a refund for the second night as we left and they told us no We ended up going to a different hotel 10 times better in our opinion."
