"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on...."

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."

"The property says newly renovated and no smoking but the bathroom had stains on the sink and smelled like smoke. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, too, though I do appreciate that the shower head had an adjustable stream. The staff was great, and it was fine for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable the iron seemed new, and there were plenty of outlets. Overall good, just the bathroom seemed....worn."

No light in the bathroom until the front desk attendant came to the room because i had to call he knew how to flip the switch constantly in a certain way to make the light turn on. Then there was dirty towels and sheets on the bed. The floor was hardwood floor so it was covered in dust and dirty like it was never mopped or vacuumed.
