"We had an excellent stay. Hotel is in a great location and staff are super helpful. After a somewhat odd check in, where very little information was provided, we went down to the desk again and we provided with more information and many detailed recommendations. One of the highlights is the GaPa card (free transport and discounted experiences in town), daily cake at 3pm gratis and very excellent spa facilities. Would recommend staying here"

"Such a nice place to stay"

"Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?"
