"Was great place to stay"

"We didn’t stay overnight like we planned. The staff at check-in were so friendly and helped make check-in and parking easy, the walk to Nationals Ballpark was nice and convenient like advertised. But the smell inside the building was so strong, some type of air freshener/fake scent, we had scratchy throats and started sneezing pretty quickly. "The hotel is fine. Location overlooks Nats Park which is nice. The staff on day of check out were less than helpful. Came to town to run a race and I asked the day before for late check out. Told to ask the next morning. Asked then and told to ask later. Asked later and they said oh we have reached our limit. I asked multiple times before said limit was reached. Eventually got them to give me 30 mins but that was not without a lot of issues with them. I won’t go back."

"Very nice apparent Check in was not the easiest, not clear on how to get into the building and miserable receptionist on the ground floor.. Waited to be allowed up to the 6tj floor where we checked in to the hotel Email with instructions was sent out 4 hours after check in was allowed."

"Staff at check in were very friendly. The staff running the breakfast in the morning however, seemed very bothered to be there. Very unfriendly.. The pool was the main reason for booking this hotel, you could smell the chlorine, I’m assuming the levels were high as it was hard to breathe and my kids started coughing and were getting irritated skin after being in for a short period. There is a piece of paper in the pool room for chemical levels that never got filled out in the 5 days we stayed....

"No wardrobe. 6 hangers for 2 of us , we came for a black tie gala. Tuxedo ball gowns etc. Bathroom door is a sliding glass, with large opening, so no privacy. Shower has low pressure , hard to shower, forget about washing your hair.
