"I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

"Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry.
Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. "

"Great place to stay with the family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Very close to the beach, and the hotel has everything needed for your beach day: towels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and sand toys."

"The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. The pool/ hot tub area is perfect. The house is very comfortable. Only decks are narrow (only stand); ocean view is from one of...
