"First room had used soap bars still in the shower, leaves on the floor and the carpet was horrible! Was asked to be moved, which they did, to a room with bedbugs. Miss P at the front desk was wonderful and I absolutely do not like writing this review but it is what it is. They did refund my total amount which I was grateful for. "
