We booked the room the day of arrival with only a few hours in between. We were given the wrong room and when I went back to the front desk, I was told nothing was available. How is a family of 3 supposed to sleep in a room with 1 king bed??? It was a busy time and only one person working the desk--she was super sweet, kind and patient and I felt badly as she was overwhelmed. A manager finally called back and was able to switch us to the correct room--after about an hour at 10pm at night. The sofa bed sheets did not fit and the bathroom was clean, but dated. Not worth the money or aggravation.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. The elevators need a cleaning. The room was nice enough but it was not clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor in the shower. Huge turn off. Loud a/c. But the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet otherwise. I've stayed in a lot of courtyard Marriott over the years and this one was not up to my expectation.
