"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season because everything closes early. There’s nothing to do. Even the Bar was empty."

"Andorra's national language is Catalan, I understand that. I made the mistake of wishing the receptionist at the hotel 'good day' in Spanish when I arrived. He did not reply at all - not even in English - and stared at me. I don't believe this is the correct response. I would have thought that replying in English would have been a more appropriate reply to my aberration rather than silence, especially from a hotel receptionist. It reminded me of when I wished a shopkeeper 'good day' in the Basque country - an awkward silence. "

"Fantastic hotel in the center of old town Andorra la Vella. Very clean room and excellent variety in the breakfast buffet. Close to old town and many shops and restaurants. "

"I really loved my stay here! The Hotel was immaculate, the room was perfect, the dinner (buffet) was over the top, and the location (central La Vella) was extremely convenient. Highly recommended! "

"2 of my towels were stained and 1 was very worn you could almost see through it. I threw the stained ones on the bathroom floor immediately and then upon my return after lunch they had been refolded for use again… yuck! Shower drain was extremely slow and being a ground level shower the water overflowed out on to the tile. They stated they sent maintenance up to fix it while I was away but the same thing happened again. I left a day early and went to another hotel. The location is great, but all else was a turn off. "
