Ryokan in Andorra la Vella

Clean room, helpful staff and a very central location

Super location, walk through the hotel garden and through a multi story car park to the lifts of a large shopping centre. Once at zero, you're at street level for more shops, bars and restaurants. Staff keep their distance in typical 5 star style therefore they don't appear to be very friendly. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa of room 105, disappointing. The location and comfort of the rooms here is fantastic, lovely jacuzzi bath. This was our 5th visit in 18 months, our relaxing hideaway.

Great location - lovely staff - clean - well decorated - all amenities - good value for money

Grest location Breakfast was good No complaints

Love this hotel. It has parking and is central to shopping in Andorra. The only thing missing is a kettle! Thourghly recommended.

Best staff I've ever met.

The room was generous size …perfect location for shopping and dining…. 20min away from Grandvalira by car… Clean and excellent service….

Perfect , the only improvement would be to have a bar area.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Kids play zone as extra to keep little ones entertained helps too😊

Best hotel in Andorra. Highly recommend- great location. I will be returning again

Very good stay, Joanna is lovely!

My room was basic, no frill accomodation but had everything except window. Room had skylight but would be great if I could open as room was so hot during the night. Whole place has rustic charms which I found cute. Area was perfect, right within the historical area. I would definitely come back.

Amazing breakfast

It was part of a longer stay as we were traveling through France

The room was really modern and clean! The housekeeper also did a good job of cleaning and tiding up the room while I was gone for the day - it was nice walking back into a clean room! The breakfast was also really nice. They had a variety of breakfast options but there weren’t any halal options! The eggs were really nice tho
