"Great location for attending a concert at Target Center. It allowed us to walk to a dinner location and then to the arena. I lived the hard floors rather than carpet and the air conditioning worked fantastically. The only piece that wasn’t stellar - we booked a room with two beds and then were told upon checking in that any 3rd party website booking only guarantees a room and not a specific room type, so we were given a room with only 1 king bed. We made it work and so it didn’t put a damper on our experience."

"Our 11 day stay was decent enough. The team was all friendly & helpful. During our stay the parking garage was at capacity almost all the time which was a huge inconvenience to park in the overflow lot across the street especially when they charge $30 a night to park in the garage. But the manager took care of our frustrations. The room was clean & fresh, housekeepers do a great job. As far as the public spaces those need more attention. There was hairballs in the hallway on 3rd floor our entire stay. 2 of the 4 ice makers did not work. The hot tub broke on our 3rd night and we were unable to utilize this amenity. There was a ceiling leak in the women’s lobby bathroom during most of our stay. There was also a ceiling leak in the breezeway at the side lobby entrance. This could be a beautiful property but the maintenance department needs to take better preventative care of this building. As well as the public spaces need to be cleaned better if not multiple times a day during high volume guest use. We only ate the breakfast once and it was good but took a long time as I only saw one breakfast attendant working our entire stay. We ate breakfast elsewhere as we were on time restraints. Hope this input helps the team focus on items mentioned for improvements."

"I was attending the yacht club music festival at harriet island park, so the location couldn’t have been better. Very nice hotel, nice rooms, decent gym, restaurant and a breakfast cafe onsite or you can do room service. Very walkable to most things in St. Paul and an easy bus ride from MSP if you don’t want to pay ride share prices. I would definitely stay here again."
