"Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again."

"Comfortable beds, ideal location, big rooms and excellent staff.
Stayed on a Thursday night to attend and event as a family of 3 adults.
Check-in was great, room was ready early, we had intended to just drop out cases in and go explore so this was a bonus.
The bathroom was adequate, but housekeeping need to focus on there a bit more, behind the door needs to be cleaned as well. There was an issue with noise in the night, we called through to reception and the issue was dealt with quickly and...
