"This is far from a 4* hotel. The property is VERY run down and so many things are broken. It needs urgent repairs but nobody seems to be bothered. Staff at check in were not bothered at all, take it or leave it attitude. The doorman/porter was the only nice person. Check-in was at 2pm I arrived at 5pm waited for a hour and my room was still not ready. After 2 hours still nothing but nobody was bothered, so I went elsewhere. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in "

"They have two nice pools. Although we have used only seaside and beach. Not enough and old sunbeds. They have a shower on the beach side. Experienced, helpful and kind staff. They have let me to call airline due to sudden situation. Thanks a lot for it. We have waited a bit long for the dinner after ordering in the restaurant and at the end one of the order was forgotten. They have said sorry. So assuming it was just incidental. Recommended. "

Special mention to the Chef Mr. Sunny Mehta who made sure we are served authentic cuisines especially for my senior aged parents. "Clean rooms, friendly staff and a beautiful setting made our stay very pleasant. The food was good but lacked the local influence - propbably because the hotel caters mostly to German tourists. Despite being on the beach we opted to spend time at other baches as the ocean water directly at the hotel was not clean."

"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and food. I tried calling reception to get my room upgraded or changed but the number call was transferred and disconnected eventually. Not sure how it is rated as 5 star. Overall we had a really bad experience, not at all worth the money we spent. "
