"When we arrived at the property, it was under a remodel and we were not informed prior to our stay. The hot tub didn’t work. In our room, we had a dividing wall between a king and a queen bed. There was a sink with a microwave and coffee pot the sink had a piece of paper over the drain saying do not use doesn’t work. There was a small fridge that did work on the other side of the room where another refrigerator should’ve been it was empty and in our room, which was 214 right above it, they were...

"Room were very clean, breakfast was well stocked all days and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable."

"Good place for a one night stay while on the road. the carpet could have been vacuumed better, and the room smelled like dog. I was able to open the window to let some fresh air in, but i think the carpet probably needs a good cleaning. I was travelling with my dog and appreciate that other dogs have stayed in that room, hence the smell. But that doesn't mean the room should smell like a dirty dog."

"I was displaced from my apartment due to a sewer gas leak for a couple weeks and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond every single day of my stay. While I certainly wasn’t on vacation, I could not have asked for a better hotel experience, 5 stars all the way."
