"The whole building smelt like cigarettes and we started to have a headache even when our window was open. I had my daughter with me and we couldn't stay more then 2 hours in the room even though we booked for 4 days.the reason that I am angry is that it's rating was very high and I trusted it. Nobody mentioned the smell and very strange vibe of the property. There was no visible signage for the reception or hotel and I found the hotel on another booking site with another name. So we waited at the side of the building and there was no response from the property for a long time On top of this the shower was broken and could not be mounted on the wall."

"Lots of issues. The photos showed a room with a desk and office chair. I got a beat up table and upright chair. Dust bucket under bed. Dirty shower. Main issue was no internet for 24 hours. At first not believed, then snow blamed even though it was fine elsewhere in the hotel. No offer for me to change rooms. On the plus side a couple of the staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, mainly quiet and they did store my luggage for me for a few hours at the end of my stay. But overall poor. "
