"One of the 2 elevators was not working. It broke down about 3p on 9/12 and when we checked out on 9/13, it still was not working. There was no communication to the guests, we were talking about it amongst ourselves. Folks were frustrated waiting for the elevator and no one wanted to take the stairs with luggage."

"Breakfast was really good but they never did get our door key to work properly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the outside of the rooms, such as doors needs serious upgrades."

"I was surprised when I saw the largeness of the room. I did not specify an accessible room, but the bathroom was especially accommodating. The pull down seat for showering plus all the hand rails. Very appreciative of that. Only one thing I had encountered that was unexpected and that was that the bed was not made after use. Not a major problem as I did not know that the process was to make the bed everything other day"
