"Nobody came to clean my room in the four days that I was there. And as I was coming back later couldn't speak with someone about it. Bed was a sofa bed, which nobody told me about and rainforest shower wasn't really that. It was dirty and very poor."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15. The girl told us check in was only from 4-5, despite their own website saying 5. We walked up 3 steep floors to our room, no elevator. The whole stairway reeked of weed. There was a pile of mouse...

"Terrible tener que ir a otra dirección a hacer el check in sobre todo si viajas con familia y equipaje. Tienes q hacer check in a 15 minutos en. Carro de la dirección señalada , 25 euros de un uber de ida más 25 euros de regreso"

Right by the metro
Felt safe
Lots of restaurants, Farmacia, supermercats.
Friendly staff
Has an elevator
Spacious
Clean
Large kitchen with plates/cups/ etc. they even start you off with a few towels, dishsoap and a sponge.
Washing machine and large drying rack
Decent sized bathroom with heated towel racks
GREAT hot shower (water pressure is fantastic! I honestly would stay here just for the shower alone)
WiFi is good
Cons (for me):

"Location was good, check in instructions clear and kindly arranged our airport transfer.
Spacious apartment, very clean.
