"Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel"

"Great location loved the hotel room spotless clean, use of the beach a block away five beachfront properties we got free chair and umbrellas. Hotel had restaurants and you could also walk a short distance for other options. I definitely would book this hotel again. Staff were all so friendly as well. Buffet breakfast was good and we also had dinner at hotel which was good as well. "

"This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food. "Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "
