It is quite a nice hotel, cosy and comfortable. It has all the amenities that you want for a short stay. It is also in the city and close to both the beaches and the old town. The employees are all helpful and friendly, especially Ahmed & Sena.

A Cozy Stay in the Heart of the City I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 3-star, family hotel in the city center and wanted to share my thoughts about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were attentive and friendly throughout my stay.

Modern pleasant hotel Very nice and clean hotel. Large shower room with modern faucets, fresh and stylish renovation. There is a mini fridge in the room! Towels are also pleased - large bath and smell good. The room is quiet even with the windows open.

Good and comfortable hotel in central neigbourhood

We stayed here for two nights when we arrived from the airport after midnight. The service was good and the employees service minded. The first night we did not sleep that well, since some of our neighbors were arguing loudly at night. The breakfast is very easy and locally prepared. The hotel is located in a central area, not too far from Konyaalti beach and a good shopping street. Before we went back to the airport we were welcomed to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was helpful. I could recommend this for a couple of days in the city.

The staff were brilliant but the hotel was just not to my liking. I did not get the room I booked and even when moved to another room it looked nothing like the picture on the website for a deluxe room. My window didn’t shut and it was cold and noisy. The bathroom is very small and no hot water on first night. Also the shower had no power. The rooms are not soundproofed and I could hear every conversation and everything else for the 2 nights I stayed. The people in the room next to me were up all night until 6am and then went to sleep! My bed was in an awful condition and looked broken. My aircon to put heat didn’t work because the windows didn’t close. The breakfast was awful, I went to eat out first day. It’s served in this kebab place next door that smells and is dirty. It looked a mess. The hotel however is in an area close to the shopping mall and eateries. I cannot fault the staff who were very friendly and welcoming and I got offered tea throughout. It is actually value for money because of its location as I went for shopping anyway, but I won’t be returning.
