The hotel was great for a short stay of 2 nights
The hotel was great for a short stay of 2 nights. A bit too noisy for my liking and the breakfast inedible but everything else was really good. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Perfectly located for the city centre.

certainly an experience I don't want to repeat
on arrival i found out that i was on the 5th floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor , the lights on the stairs go off when your half way up or down ( very dangerous) the room was tiny couldn't sit at the desk as the bed was in the way. also no wifi /internet only worked on the ground floor so had to use another hotel during the day to get any work done. toilet seat was loose so had to adjust and tighten it myself, shower head squirted water everywhere except in the shower cubical mainy all over the electric cables to the shower. 2nd day the water went off ( no water in the sink/toilet or shower but the shower head was fixed. towels were thread bear and the bed sheets and pillows were not ironed very creased. overall the worst place i,ve stayed in ever.

There was a real problem, which was the presence of cats in abundance, especially in the breakfast hall. Where there are those among us who have a high sensitivity to animals and some of us are afraid of them. It should be noted that we booked this hotel because pets are not allowed?

10 nights and well worth it
I will recommend this hotel. I stayed with my girlfriend for ten nights. My experience was a good clean room. A double room with modern facilities. My girl was happy with everything and that was very important for me. And wow for a very very good price too. We were more than happy with what we paid for. Nice and service focused staff who made us feel welcome and at all times were courteous. The location is perfect too. It was a wonderful stay so well done.

My first room was ok but wifi was weak for me and so I asked the front desk receptionist and he was very kind to move us to another room with excellent internet connection.. What I liked most about this place is the staff who were very kind and helpful and the fact that I can walk to the mall and the shopping area in less than 15 minutes.. the rooms are good.. not too luxurious but nice and clean.. I would stay here again just because the hospitality was beyond what I expected.. keep up the good work
