"We had a wonderful stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was lovely overall, and we really enjoyed our time there. There are a few things in the rooms and toilets that needs some upgrades or small fixes, but honestly, these were minor compared to the great experience we had. "Alacarta restaurants are very slow, even asking politely does not help to speed up. Working personal number in any restaurant including buffet is not enough, getting a drink becomes a wait. Wellness prices are pretty expensive. In general it is a very good hotel with somethings to be improved."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch mit etwas kleineren Mängeln. Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln, die zwei Zimmer hatten extremen Schimmelgeruch. Im 2 Zimmer war die Schiebetür kaputt, weshalb wir bis morgens mit einem lauten Geräusch schlafen mussten. Im 3 Zimmer war dieser Geruch nicht mehr da und alles war in Ordnung.
