"Globalement très bien sauf isolation sonore entre les chambres. Également concert extérieur tous les soirs dans l hotel d a cote jusqu a minuit.... donnant sur les chambres familles... restaurant a la carte payant transformant le seul buffet de l hotel en champ de bataille. Mais sinon hotel propre, jolie, beaucoup d animation, nourriture bonne, et employé serviable dans leur grande majorité."

"When we are here for 8 days we are so happy with the staff they are polite and really accommodating i love the restaurant the chef at the buffet breakfast specifically the chef who do the eggs, they are really good waiters over all we had a lovely stayed, when i left my shorts with my important things in the pockets its so easy o communicate with them straight away they emailed what i need.. thank you for the 8 days of fun and relax stayed. "We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and the aqua park was fantastic—my son absolutely loved it and it added so much fun to our holiday.
