"When we are here for 8 days we are so happy with the staff they are polite and really accommodating i love the restaurant the chef at the buffet breakfast specifically the chef who do the eggs, they are really good waiters over all we had a lovely stayed, when i left my shorts with my important things in the pockets its so easy o communicate with them straight away they emailed what i need.. thank you for the 8 days of fun and relax stayed. "We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out.
