"Very nice place and the best food that i ever tasted. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We love them so much. There is a lot of activities to do here and super affordable only. Surely will comeback again. Thank you Ilo ❤️"
"The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular.
Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. The Manager came to chat to us at check-out and apologised for the miscommunication but said we still had to pay, or he would charge the staff for the breakfast as that was how it was done in Madagascar. Needless to say, this is appalling from a major hotel chain. Suggest you beware that the Management do not have integrity, although the staff themselves were very honest and pleasant (so we still tipped them and had fun interacting with them at least :) )"
"This is a great little hotel.
The owner , Sam, is really nice and helpful.
He installs photovoltaic at the moment- so no more black outs at the hotel👍"
"Un hotel muy bonito, pequeño, moderno y muy limpio. Su ubicación a pocos minutos del aeropuerto lo hace ideal para escalas. El desayuno es variado y muy rico, la conexión Wi-Fi funciona muy bien y el personal es muy amable. El traslado incluido es un gran valor agregado. 10/10 en comodidad y atención."
"I have now stayed at this hotel around five times and aside from it being a little Oasis in TANA, what I value most is the consistency of the offering and in particular, the service. You don’t get that everywhere in Madagascar but we are always comforted when we know we are coming to stay here."
