It was a nice environment and facility with various pool options (to escape loud music and games at one of the pols).
The WiFi service was excellent.
The housekeeping service quickly supplied the additional towels we needed.
I was surprised that we didn’t have a coffee maker in our double bed room even though my nephew’s king bed room (105) had one (and I'd checked the pics before I booked). When I asked Reception about it, they said it’s not a standard in every room. This is an upscale hotel and yet it isn’t providing totally an upscale experience. In-room coffee/tea service are delivered everywhere in the world when I’ve stayed in similar hotels.
Also - the website isn’t updated for what is currently available such as restaurant hours, menu options, info on the shuttle to the historic area.
