"The views from our room were amazing! The staff were all very helpful, and polite. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very big and nice. The shower was excellent! I think they need new towels, and if they are going to wash the guest clothes they should add fabric softener to give the clothes a nice smell. The clothes were clean, but no added fresh smell like at home."

"When you get to the property it’s a bit hard to find where to go but once you do everyone was very nice. The room was clean, would have liked a kettle and some cups/glasses in the room. The patio around the pool was showing its age but the pool itself was nice. Overall a nice place to stay and relax."

"The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!"

"I have stayed in this specific unit on the property on a few occasions and over time, the amenities have declined. Here are a few things which must be addressed immediately. The Microwave needs to be changed; the push button doesn’t open the door. You have to push the button, and open the door at the same time. The Lights above the bathroom mirror don’t work or they don’t turn on. The Water pressure is very low in the shower and toilet; maintenance fixed what they could but there’s only so much...
