"We knew what we were getting especially for the price, the room was clean, the staff friendly but it is still pretty rundown. We went to ride the train and it is right next to the train depot so that was nice. Just some FYIs, not complaints, they still use actual keys, office closes from 10pm-8am, and it is a little way out of town so no dining within walking distance, but the town is only a mile away with several dining options. It served it's purpose and was really the only option in town."

"I would like to give 5 stars for our stay, but due to tech issues, we were unable to check in at 4:00. We went back at 7:30, system still done, but we were walked to our room, let in with a master key and told if we left we’d have to prop our door open so we could get back in. Nothing was offered as compensation and at $300.00 a night, I felt something should have been offered. Also, even though the a/c worked great, it was very noisy."

"Beds were a tad squeaky. If you sleep still dont worry about it. Also we dont like the sink outside the bathroom. Some hotels still have this. Other then that the hotel was very nice. Oh get your own ice becuase they have it refilled and they run out."
