Good stay for a night, breakfast was great.

Great room for a one night stay, with en suite shower and toilet in a seperate area. Clean sheets, warm water, good choices for breakfast. I had two beds in the room, but only used one. Sheets are synthetic, which may cause skin issues, for me it was ok, although I prefer 100% or 80% cotton sheets.

Very friendly staff. Check-in is at noon. (excellent). They have ample parking, if you travel by car. We reserved 2 rooms. In our room everything was very good. In my family's room the water overflowed from the shower, the receptionist changed their room and in the other one the mattress smelled of pee.

I mean it´s not bad but it´s not good either... The Hotel is pretty far from the City Center and pretty bad connected to public transport.. But over all it´s a clean hotel and the rooms are okey

The hotel itself is OK for a inexpensive stay. Not easy to reach with public transport, you need a car. Not so many dining options nearby.

Very nice people are working in the hotel, especially Amen from the reception, this fine young man cannot be topped. The cleaning woman are nice too and they do a very good job to clean the hotel rooms. The hotel is very quiet and safe, the cars are parking safe too, because the (gratis) parking area is closed for the night. If we would again take a trip to Antwerpen, I know which hotel I would choose.

We chose this hotel because of the location. It was perfect for our journey to Germany. There's no doubt that the room was clean and staff friendly. However, the temperature of the room was unbearable. The aircon is not sufficient and did not cool the room. It was difficult to rest and sleep in the room due to this.

Good value for money

Comfortable enough, adequate accommodation, but some small issues- toilet roll holder falling off wall and flickering light in the shower. Shower cubicle is in the room so not ideal if sharing with a friend. Toilet door has no lock, and a large gap above the top of the door- so make sure you’re very comfortable with who you’re sharing with!! Decent selection at breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Very disappointed. Especially for the price paid. You’d think they check the rooms before checking you in. Should’ve asked for a better room or at least money back for the room but we arrived at midnight and just wanted to sleep. Basically flies were flying everywhere and the sink wouldn’t drain. Granted guy checking us in was friendly though - the only positive.

Although a very cheap night, the property was poor. First off, the hotel is difficult to spot until you drive past it, the signage is not clear either. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were lovely and even gave us directions to the city centre. We stayed on the first floor, which smelt horrific, a mix between wet dog and damp. The smell was so strong I held my breathe every time I walked down the hall. The main reason though I am so disappointed, is because the property advertised on here with air conditioning. It was an uncomfortably hot night and I turned on the air conditioner, but no difference? I left it for an hour but still no difference. I went to reception and asked for a new room or the AC to be fixed. I was informed that it was not AC, but instead pulls in air from outside and fans it around, and does not cool it. I specifically booked the hotel because of the AC, as I hate a hot room at night. The receptionist had a bad attitude about it with the approach of “well it’s not AC, soooo?”

Its a fifty buck hotel room, which is usually fine but there is an air inlet in the room which makes it sound as if there is a vaccum cleaner running 24 hours a day, so good luck sleeping with that noise going all day and night. I was waking up every 3 hours because of it. It gets wildly irritating. Three nights of that and my heads feels terrible.

Not the Ritz but better than a premiere class or F

Basic accommodation, tea and coffee machine charges almost 3 euros for a brew, rock hard bed, woke early not by choice - it's on a noisy industrial estate, out of town, continental breakfast was ok. Better than a premiere class (just), ok for a stop over enroute to somewhere else. Staff on the front desk were very welcoming.
