The property and rooms appear to be quite old everything was very basic nothing to be impressed with by any means. The cleaning staff came into my room and it looked like they went through my things, I’ve never experienced that and I’m not one to say something like this loosely because it’s a serious issue but it was evident and I think that’s unacceptable. The towels they left in my room were old and dirty.

駅前の方ではなく、駅からは徒歩20分ほどの城東地区。電車で旅行の方は、その点ご注意を。アクセス以外は良好。大浴場（部屋にもシャワーはあり）、アイス＆飲料の無料サービスもあり。スタッフの方はGWで多忙な中、私の質問に答え、おいしいアップルパイの店を紹介してくださいました。

Das Zimmer war sauber, Personal war immer höflich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel hatte auch ein Abendessen natürlich war nicht inklusive in der Buchungspreis aber die gerichtliche waren lecker und bezahlbar. Frühstück war auch lecker kann ich empfehlen jeden dass zu buchen. Nur das Badezimmer war zu klein. Leider diese Zimmer ist nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung.

全体的に満足度の高いHOTELでした〜 朝食も朝からモリモリお腹いっぱいになります！！駐車場も敷地内に自由に停められる位確保されていて安心でした！！(入出庫も自由)人工温泉も気持ちよく浴室内にあるアメニティも私好みのスティーブン ノルで気分ｱｹﾞｱｹﾞでしたが女性風呂は洗い場が４箇所しかないので混んでいない案内でも常にお風呂場には7〜8人はいました。その点は完全の余地ありですね。
