"Airport shuttle was a letdown due to the lack of Airport to Hotel trips during the early afternoon/evening! So a bad start, recovered somewhat due to the helpful reception staff and excellent buffet breakfast."

"Our experience was amazing. The location and apt annex was so perfect and spacious. Even though connected to the square and shops right outside it is so quiet inside. The front desk staff was so helpful and the breakfast had so much to choose from for everyone. They even made us a breakfast to go prior to an early am tour. Will miss the perfect cappuccino and fresh baked Italian pastries! Grazie Mille! We will be back."
